　　This machine is composed of scraper reclaiming system, hoisting system, frame part, fixed end beam, swinging end beam, track system, material guide trough, power cable reel, control cable reel and other parts.

　　1.1. Scraper reclaiming system

　　The scraper reclaiming system is the main component of the machine to realize the reclaiming function. The drive device is connected to the drive shaft through the locking disc, and the sprocket on the drive shaft drives the chain and the scraper fixed on the chain to circulate under the support of the cantilever frame to scrape the material to one side of the silo.

　　The drive device is composed of a motor, a coupling and a reducer, and the reducer is a straight-axis all-hardened hollow shaft reducer.

　　The boom is a structure of two I-shaped plate beams with staggered connecting rods in the middle. The upper and lower beams are respectively arranged with track guide grooves supporting the chain.

　　A tensioning device with a tower spring is arranged at one end of the reversing sprocket, which can adjust the tightness of the chain; the chain adopts a sleeve roller chain.

　　Wear-resistant lining plates and wear-resistant scraping teeth of loose materials are installed on the feeding surface of each scraper.

　　1.2. Rack and traveling end beam

　　The function of the frame and the traveling end beam is to support the weight of the complete-built unit and drive the reclaimer to reciprocate on the track in the material yard. The frame adopts a rigid platform with a box structure; the traveling end beam is composed of a wheel group, a driving device and a supporting structure. The beam is composed of a beam, the lower part can walk on the track, the upper part is rigidly connected with the frame platform on one side with bolts (fixed end beam), and the other side is hinged (swing end beam). Both sets of driving devices are arranged on the fixed end beam, forming a single-sided double drive form.

　　The driving device is composed of a reclaiming motor, a planetary cycloid reducer, an electromagnetic clutch, a shunting motor, an orthogonal shaft reducer, a brake, etc. When the reclaiming machine is reclaiming, the reclaiming motor drives the wheel group. At this time, the electromagnetic clutch is in the energized state, that is, the closed position; when shunting, the shunting motor drives the wheel group. At this time, the electromagnetic clutch is in a power-off state, that is, a disengaged state.

　　Note: The two motors cannot be in working state at the same time. Start one of the motors, and the other motor must stop running first. When the equipment is debugged, the adjustment of the amount of material is realized by changing the frequency of the walking motor.

　　1.3. Hoisting lifting system

　　The system is a mechanism that completes the luffing of the scraper reclaiming system, and is composed of a support frame, an electric hoist, a pulley, etc. The electric hoist is equipped with an overload protection device.

　　1.4. Chain lubrication system

　　The machine is equipped with a thin oil lubrication station on one side of the rack, and the lubricating oil is dripped on the chain through YouTube and the oil indicator to ensure the normal operation of the two roads.

　　Under normal working conditions, the chain is required to be lubricated every three hours for 5 minutes each time, and the total oil volume each time is 1.25 liters.

　　1.5. Guide chute

　　The guide chute of this machine is designed with an adjustable slide plate, which can adjust the appropriate angle according to the actual blanking situation to ensure that the material falls accurately on the discharge tape machine. The guide chute is equipped with a wear-resistant lining plate.

　　1.6. Cable Reel

　　A. The power cable reel is composed of a single row of large diameter reels, a collector slip ring, a reducer and a torque stall motor. The external power supply passes through the cable pit in the middle of the yard from the cable to the reel, and then from the reel to the power distribution cabinet of the stacker.

　　B. The control cable reel consists of a single row of large diameter reels, a collector slip ring, a reducer and a torque stall motor. The main function is to connect the various contact and reflection signals of the stacker with the central control room through multi-core cables.

　　2. Working principle

　　The reclaimer is used in conjunction with the stacker in the mixing yard. The mixing yard is composed of multiple adjacent silos to store several different materials. The material accumulated by the stacker on one side of the silo is collected by the reclaimer. The machine reciprocates on the track on the other side of the silo, and unloads the material into the guide chute through the scraper reclaiming system, and sends it to the discharge tape machine through the guide chute.

　　After each layer of material is taken out by the reclaiming arm, it drops the corresponding height (that is, the corresponding material depth) according to the preset instruction and takes out the material stack layer by layer at the corresponding reclaiming running speed until all the materials in the silo are taken out. This reclaiming process homogenizes the materials piled up by the stacker in a certain way again.

　　When picking up the material, the operator transfers the reclaimer to the designated silo according to the instructions of the central control room (note: this machine cannot work in one silo at the same time as the stacker), and correctly identifies the machine with the help of the travel limit device. 　　When the reclaimer is transferred into the silo that is about to be reclaimed according to the instruction, the walking limit position of the left and right ends of the silo is determined, and the reclaimer will do reciprocating reclaiming operation according to the predetermined program within the limit position. The encoder installed on the electric hoist can correctly control the descending angle of the scraper arm to ensure the constant reclaiming capacity of the reclaimer. Under the condition of ensuring a constant reclaiming capacity and a determined reclaiming speed, in order to fill the designed maximum capacity material between the scraper plates, the angle of descent of the cantilever and the scraper reclaiming system is gradually reduced, so as to realize the material of the silo.
