Through the operation of the whole machine, the rotation and pitch of the boom can make the bucket wheel take out the materials of the storage pile.

The half-bridge reclaimer is mainly composed of cantilever part, traveling mechanism, hydraulic system, incoming truck, track part, cable pit, power cable reel, control cable reel, limit switch device, etc. During the application of the stacker-reclaimer, it is necessary to establish a system of overhaul, medium repair and daily maintenance, and all parts of the stacker should be removed for inspection and replaced with worn parts and seals during overhaul. The main contents of the overhaul are:

gear pumps, solenoid valves and various valves in hydraulic systems; wear parts of hydraulic cylinders; Various protection devices and material level switches; wear of reducers, brakes and wheels in the traveling mechanism; Whether the bearings of each rotating part are good or whether to repair or replace them according to the service life and use of wear parts.
