The side scraper reclaimer is provided for the auxiliary material yard in the cement clinker production line project, and is used to take several bulk materials such as sandstone, sulfuric acid slag, coal gangue, and raw coal. The side scraper reclaimer is composed of a scraper reclaimer system, a hoisting system, a frame part, a fixed end beam, a swinging end beam, a track system, a guide chute, a power cable reel, and a control cable reel.

The working principle of the side scraper reclaimer is as follows: it is used in conjunction with the unloading trolley in the joint pre-homogenization yard. The yard is composed of multiple adjacent silos to store several different materials. The material is piled up above the silo, and the reclaimer reciprocates on the track on one side of the silo. The material is unloaded into the guide chute through the scraper reclaiming system, and sent to the tape machine through the guide chute for transportation.

After each layer of material is taken out by the reclaiming arm, it drops the corresponding height (that is, the corresponding material depth) according to the preset instruction and takes out the material stack layer by layer at the corresponding reclaiming operation speed until all the materials in the silo are taken out. This reclaiming process makes the materials piled up by the stacker in a certain way homogenized again. The side scraper reclaiming machine has strong adaptability to materials. The reclaiming operation speed of the reclaiming machine adopts the drive motor frequency conversion speed regulation, and the reclaiming amount of the reclaiming machine is adjusted by adjusting the reclaiming operation speed.

The half-bridge reclaimer is mainly composed of cantilever part, walking mechanism, hydraulic system, incoming truck, track part, cable pit, power cable reel, control cable reel, limit switch device, etc. The half-bridge reclaimer needs to establish an overhaul, intermediate repair and daily maintenance system during the application period. When the half-bridge reclaimer is overhauled, all parts of the stacker should be removed for inspection and replacement of worn parts and seals. The main contents of the overhaul are:

Gear pumps, solenoid valves and various valve parts in the hydraulic system; wear parts of hydraulic cylinders; various protection devices and material level switches; wear of gear reducers, brakes and wheels in the traveling mechanism; whether the bearings of each rotating part are good, and According to the service life and usage of the worn parts, it is decided whether to repair or replace them.
