The stacker and reclaimer have two working methods: stacking and reclaiming. The bulk material transported by the belt conveyor is unloaded to the belt conveyor on the boom by the tail truck, and is thrown and unloaded from the front end of the boom to the stockyard. Through the operation of the complete-built unit, the rotation and pitch of the boom can make the stack form a neat shape with a trapezoidal section. The reclaiming is continuously realized by the rotation of the boom and the rotation of the bucket wheel. The material is unloaded to the reverse-running boom belt conveyor through the unloading plate, and then unloaded to the yard belt conveyor through the funnel below the center of the machine. Through the operation of the complete-built unit, the rotation and pitch of the boom allow the bucket wheel to remove the material from the storage pile.

Gear pumps, solenoid valves and various valve parts in the hydraulic system; wear parts of hydraulic cylinders; various protection devices and material level switches; wear of gear reducers, brakes and wheels in the traveling mechanism; whether the bearings of each rotating part are good, and According to the service life and usage of the worn parts, it is decided whether to repair or replace them.
